5	SNOMED CT Extensions Practical Guide	Linda Bird	LBI briefed the group on the document. Review planned to start in approximately 2 weeks with the review period about 4 weeks in length. Review comments preferred via direct entry into the document using the commenting functionality. Group will be advised when review starts. CRI will set a task up for group members and provide the link to the document.
6	Member Forum update	Elaine Wooler Linda Parisien	Last Meeting 22 Jan 2018, update provided by Elaine Wooler. Please see recording for the update. Translation guidance material needs updating. Information for sharing on this topic is being sought.
7	QA - Pattern analysis	Lesley MacNeil	Standing item Internal sub group meeting last week to discuss the QA strategy cleanup plan. Development is still in progress. Awareness other issues may be uncovered which may require adjustments to plan. Content team survey on key areas for clean up. Results showed Clinical Finding - hierarchy as the main area. All patterns (not just patterns 4 and 5) now planned for clean up. Will start in a few weeks. Batch work will be done later- after batch functionality ready. Areas of content will be frozen for short periods to support this. Expect this to be iterative. Communications for externals to be planned with regular updates to provide early visibility to members.
8	EAG decisions - User impact	Cathy Richardson	Standing item No current items requiring CMAG input at this point in time.
9	Disorder without disorder concepts - feedback on EAG discussion	Paul Amos	CMAG response: Use of concepts representing the presence of a disorder without a second disorder EAG meeting: 2018-01-26 Editorial Advisory Group Conference Call Face to face in London focusing on Finding, Disorder and Situation concepts looking at a strategy to deal with these areas. Previous life phase work plus negation ties into this. A consistent approach is required. Other topics included the lexical inconsistencies, in particular use of hyphens and the convention on the use of capitals at the start of a description. Infected prosthesis pattern also approved with addition to guidance planned.
10	Member pre-release process work item	Elaine Wooler Cathy Richardson	NRC pre-release processes- joint work item with the TRAG Interested: Elaine Wooler, Daniel Karlsson, Elze de Groot, Matt Cordell, Orsolya Bali Any further interest- please advise. Slide deck attached to this page discussed. Elaine Wooler notes for UK focus was more the merge with the International Edition. There is some overlap with TRAG work on sharing of technical processes. Output would be good for newer NRC's. Cathy Richardson to follow up with TRAG chair on technical processes. Further questions please email Elaine Wooler and cc Cathy Richardson Timing: Subgroup need to consider the timing and advise CMAG chairs on this, taking into account the TRAG group member requirements. 11	Extension Content Development	Matt Cordell	2017-11-14 - CMAG Meeting -see discussion item 7 2018-01-09 - CMAG Meeting No tooling currently available. Before for further efforts are undertaken clarification on expected outcomes of this needed. Subgroup Linda Parisien, Elaine Wooler and Matt Cordell to set up a subgroup and explore this and bring back to the group. Matt Cordell will pull information together prior to group meeting. Cathy Richardson to set up a page on the CMAG site for the subgroup to use.
