SNOMED International is happy to support the development of an Obs/Gynae CRG, if there is international interest and support for this clinical area. We would need two identified Obs/Gynae leads for the group, to support administration of the group, chairing meetings and resolution of discussions/content issues.  Current process for CRG's includes supports from a SNOMED author and Clinical Engagement support, therefore we limit the number of groups unless there is a clear requirement for such a group.
