At the April meeting there was a presentation on the Inactivation of Procedures Stating Intent with a request for any further feedback on this topic. The due date for this has been extended to May 30th. Please update the feedback page with your comments by this date.

The deadline for submission of abstracts for presentations and posters at the 2022 SNOMED International Expo has been extended to 1st May. The Expo is running September 29 - 30 in Lisbon and presentation can be either in person or remotely. See https://www.snomed.org/news-and-events/events/snomedct-expo

For those that attended, please also review the minutes for the following meetings by 24th May and either confirm acceptance or alternatively advise of any updates or changes required.

The planned changes are scheduled for the April 2022 release.

Please see the announcement on the April Business Meetings: SNOMED International April 2022 Business Meetings - Schedule & Registration now available. The CMAG will be meeting virtually via Zoom on Monday 11th April 11:00 - 12:00 UTC. An early draft of the agenda is located: 2022-04-11 - CMAG Meeting Please let Monica Harry and I know of any topics you'd like to raise. 

The call for abstracts for the Expo has also gone out with the deadline of April 17th for submissions. The Expo will be held 29th and 30th September 2022, as a hybrid event. For those attending in person the location is Lisbon, Portugal.

Hi CMAG members,

Please be advised of a new work item. Feedback is being sought on the planned inactivation of procedures which include intent in the meaning e.g. diagnostic. Please see: Changes to the Universal Definition and Classification of Heart Failure - Impact on SNOMED CT for details and to provide feedback. Due date is February 21st. 

With the move to International Edition monthly releases, the CMAG is going to be provided with monthly concept inactivation reports which will show the list of concepts that have been inactivated for that month's release. The information will be available via links posted: International Edition Concept Inactivation Reports

In addition, we are planning to hold on a virtual CMAG meeting during the April business meetings so if you have topics you'd like to raise please let me know. Details on the meeting will be sent out closer to time.
