Agreement should be reached on the "One to one" direct matches, which could be used directly for example in the HPO metadata.
The expressions used in the mapping should widely reviewed and validated, particularly as they include a logical definition of missing content in SNOMED.
The subsets (Mapping files for download) have been included to make the content easier to review by type, for example thumb morphology, rather than the whole list.!
1.2. Next steps - tooling and post-coordination
The Post-coordination Demonstrator hopefuly will be updated to the latest SNOMED version.
There should be continued explanation and training on the use of the tools so that there is a greater understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of post-coordination.
1.3. Long terms goals
The high level strategy is to improve sharing of patient data between and within systems, making information available throughout the patient journey.
