Find the SNOMED CT Identifier (SCTID) given its Fully Specified Name (FSN) or Preferred Term (PT).

Prerequisite steps: Find the SCTID for a known concept term or Find the FSN or PT for a known concept SCTID.

Press the History tab in the Concept Details panel to see a chronological listing (by SNOMED CT version date) of published versions of the focus concept. Each list row shows:

  • Version (date in YYYY-MM-DD format). Press this to switch the presentation to the concept details as they were in that version. An additional label including the version date will be appended to the Concept Details panel title whilst showing historical details. Press the  at the end of the label to restore the panel contents to the current published version (the additional label will be cleared).
  • Type of Change, showing what type of concept details were modified in that version.
