  1. As spontaneous dislocations do exist, shouldn't this template have a 2nd role group containing Damage (morphology( so that the concepts will classify under traumatic injury?

Bruce Goldberg , bottom line...yes.  Right now they are classifying under Traumatic arthropathy, which is not a subtype of traumatic injury; however, eventually, when I get higher up in the tree we will need to make the change.  If we can get the cycles, we can change the template and get a batch job to add the second RG automagically.  Question is, what is the finding site?  Joint structure or Joint region?  For example, an open traumatic dislocation of the joint involves much more than the joint structure.
