The mapping table produced here should be viewed widely and any feedback would be appreciated.
Wider agreement should be made on the "One to one" direct matches, which could be used directly for example in the HPO metadata.
The expressions used in the mapping should widely reviewed and validated, particularly as they include a logical definition of missing content in SNOMED. I would suggest by type rather than the whole list.!
Next steps - tooling and post-coordination
The Post-coordination Demonstrator should be updated to the latest SNOMED version.
There should be continued explanation and training on the use of the tools so that there is a greater understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of post-coordination.
