Further to Guillermo's comments on time constraints, I would agree that we seem to have litttle time either at face to face or telephone conferences to have an in depth discussion. It would also be helpful if we had some sort of briefing before the meeting so that we can give the topic some thought (sorry I am a reflective thinker (wife says I'm 'slow'!) so it is helpful to have some early direction.
I think it would be helpful if we had 2 sessions at face to face so that we can do some thinking inbetween. The telephone discussions should be driven by our agenda so may vary from month to month, but I would not have a problem with either increasing the length of the call to 90mins or having 2 x 1 hour sessions.
It would be reasonable to increase the length of the calls to 90 minutes if the AG members are amenable to spending even more time discussing these issues. I will put it on the agenda for the 28th.
