Here's the link to the Tallman tool I wrote long ago- ToTallman: A string extension method for applying Tallman Lettering. (github.com)
The intent was it takes any String, and applies Tallman through some very basic search/replace, and can be used on the User Interface at runtime.
It's in C#, but simple enough to recreate to in any language.
My view was/is - Apply Tallman when required/desired, but don't bake it in.
