Hi Nicola Ingram There are over 100 misaligned concepts. If we restrict the domain to 'pure' transplantations by excluding the combinations with other actions, the number of misalignments is reduced to about 40. Please see the links in the mislaigned report.

Hi Yongsheng Gao I checked the misalignment report and apart from Priority that I have added the others = Has focus (5 concepts), direct morphology (3 concepts), and surgical approach (2 concepts) are all eye procedures so are excluded.
Also added 405814001 |Procedure site - Indirect (attribute)| and allowed for 2 role groups.

Hi Nicola Ingram I have updated the domain and the template language. The template has been simplified into a single role group. The additional role seems to be used for covering any other actions. They have been removed from the domain. Now, all 87 concepts in scope are aligned with the template. Please see the detail in the reporting platform. I left the table for the concept model as it was for you to check. Please let me know if I missed anything. Otherwise, the template is good for the QI project.
There are 163 concepts under 77465005 |Transplantation to recipient (procedure). The template has covered about half of them. Do you plan to cover the rest in this template?
