Hi Sarah Warren the template looks good. There are only 4 misaligned concepts. Three of them could be fixed by changing to procedure site - direct. For the concept Marsupialization of Gartner's duct cyst (procedure), the Gartner duct is an embryonic structure. If parts of the duct remain, they may collect fluid and develop into a vaginal wall cyst later in life. The direct morphology could be cyst or a new concept Gartner's duct cyst. Then, procedure side direct can be changed to vaginal wall.
This could be turned into a template for a "pure" Exteriorization procedure without the second role group. The domain constraint could be << 59719002 |Exteriorization (procedure)| MINUS (<< 71388002 |Procedure (procedure)| : 260686004 |Method (attribute)| != << 129354008 |Exteriorization - action (qualifier value)| ). It returns the same misaligned concepts in your report.
The second role group is mainly to support the construction of external stoma (plus two laparoscopic and one drainage procedures). Hi Yongsheng Gao I have now corrected the 4 misaligned concepts as suggested above. Changes have been made in the QISWA project. They'll be promoted to main soon. I've also updated the template and domain constraint. 281590006 |Exteriorization of brain ventricular shunt (procedure)| still appears on the misaligned report as the Direct device attribute is not in first role group on the template, but for 1 concept I wasn't sure it was worth adding. Is there anything further to do on this template?

Hi Sarah Warren That is great. This template could also cover the construction of stoma unless any stomas do not require the exteriorization role group. Then, we can implement the template for the authoring platform.
