Paul Amos As we are not using the FSN terming of "co-occurrent and due to" is this template still valid?
Paul Amos
Jim Case the whole template needs updating which I will do following our next ECE meeting assuming that we will have finalised our position on "co-occurrent and due to". I have put the template "on hold" for now.
