• Discussed previous documents developed by the Academy and posted for review.
• Discussed concerns with Diagnosis vs Finding. Group agreed the findings were appropriate.
• Discussed way forward for addressing organizations of terms based on Step in NCPT.  Group agreed to move forward with Diagnosis first.
• Group discussed what it would mean for the terms to be organized.  In Discussion with Jim Case, 3 possible methods of organizing the terms were identified
• Create header terms and organize against those header terms.
• Create Observable Entities to allow diagnosis terms to be fully defined
• Create a RefSet
