. . . . I came across a few issues in the usage of concepts and their synonyms mentioned in Odontogram refset.
The synonyms mentioned for SCTID: 113278005 (Structure of mandibular left central incisor tooth (body structure) should be instead used for SCTID: 425106001 (Structure of permanent mandibular left central incisor tooth (body structure), else the "is a" relationship doesn't fit. The same is true for similar concepts in the hierarchy.
