CONCLUSION:  All Changes match as expected EXCEPT FOR:

  • 17x Concept records difference!
    • Manual findings (in Snomed-Compares repo):
      • 123 new records 
        • 75 if which are active "20241115    1    " records
          • BUT 4 are the updated records below, and therefore the correct total is 71
        • 48 of which are inactive "20241115    0    " records
      • 52 records removed
        • 48 of which are because of the above inactivations
        • 4 of which is an updated record:

      • BOTH SCS + PCR Reports are correct on these figures!
        • BUT the SCS report ALSO shows 17 "Promoted" records - these records aren't shown SEPARATELY in the Manual comparison files...
        • SO WE CAN'T TELL IF THESE ARE VALID FIGURES OR NOT... raised https://jira.ihtsdotools.org/browse/RP-972
      • In the meantime, as the RVF is showing no issues, and there are no obvious problems following a manual review of the NO Concept files, we will proceed with the release as planned, but mention it to Kim in the MSSP ticket so that it's on her radar...
