In this page:
This page summarizes the process of creating a new map in Simplex, which supports maps represented as Simple maps to SNOMED CT with correlation type reference sets.
To create a map, you need to first define the concept for identifying and naming the map. After establishing the reference set concept, you can import subset members into Simplex to include them in the subset.
Prerequisite steps:
- The creation of the map file is performed outside of Simplex using a dedicated tool such as Snap2Snomed. Once the map has been created, it can be imported into Simplex for inclusion in the Extension.
- Simplex accepts input files in two formats: Excel files or the excel export format from Snap2Snomed
