This is a scheduled maintenance release for MLDS, with a major version change due to migration of the underlying database from PostgreSQL to MySQL.
MDLS 4.0.2 is the first version 4+ production release (MLDS 4.0.0 and 4.0.1 were internal release candidate test builds, not released to production).
