How to compare membership of the active and comparison reference sets.

Prerequisite steps: Log in to Reference Set Tool 2.0; Launch a Reference Set Comparison. 



StepsReferences

EITHER 


Select Active Reference Set from the Reference Set Membership dropdown list to see only members in the active reference set in the table.  

 

OR 

Select Comparison Reference Set from the Reference Set Membership dropdown list to see only members in the comparison reference set in the table.  

 

OR 

Select Both from the Reference Set Membership dropdown list to see members in common for both reference sets.  

 

 

OR 

 Press the Download Comparison Report button at the bottom of the modal. The report includes current members (concept names and IDs and total number of members) of both reference sets, members in common, and distinct members of each reference set. 

The file will download automatically to user's computer.
