Click the Projects button (button icon is a folder) in the top-right corner of the tool to open the Projects page. 

 







When first opened, the table will have the following default representation: 

Table sorted by the Workflow Status column, in descending order. 

Page size set to 10 reference sets. 



The header of the Projects page displays the following: 

Organization dropdown list: The user will be able to select from the organizations to which they have access.  (Showing International Edition as example)

Editions dropdown list: The user will be able to select from the Editions to which they have access (if applicable within the selected organization). 

Project dropdown list: The user will select from the Projects to which they have access. 


 

The subhead of the Projects page displays the following: 

Total number of reference sets in the selected project. 

Create New Reference Set button: Visible to authors only. An author will click to create a new reference set in the selected project. 

Bulk Download button: The user (with project permissions) will click to download all reference sets in the project. 

Move button: The user (with project permissions) is able to move reference sets to another project within their organization. Only reference sets in "Ready to Edit" or "Published" workflow status are available to move.

Bulk Upgrade button: Visible to authors only. The user will click to upgrade all or multiple reference sets in the project. 


Reference Set table: Lists information associated with each reference set in the selected project. The reference sets shown in the table are dependent on whether the user is logged in or not. The columns of the table are: 

Reference Set ID 

Reference Set Name 

Assignee: Displays the username when a reference set is being actively edited, reviewed, or is in upgrade status.  

Workflow Status 

Version Date 

Last Modified Date 

Download Icon: The user may click to download the reference set. 

Feedback Icon: The user may click to view or manage feedback.
