Prerequisite steps: Log in to Reference Set Tool 2.0;

Click the Projects button (button icon is a folder) in the top-right corner of the tool to open the Projects page.

Press the Bulk Upgrade button.

The Start Bulk Upgrade modal will be presented. It contains a multi-select dropdown list and two buttons, Upgrade and Cancel. Select the reference set(s) to be upgraded. Ctrl-click to select multiple reference sets.
Press the Upgrade button. |

A notification will be presented in the upper-right corner notifying the user that the reference set is locked during upgrade.
A message of success will be presented when the process is complete. The selected reference sets will be set to “In Upgrade” workflow status and will appear at the top of the reference set table.
Select one of the “In Upgrade” reference sets to open the Reference Set Details page. |

Press the Continue Upgrade button in the top-right corner of the page to open the Select Replacements modal to begin selecting replacements for any inactive concepts in the reference set. See the View the Select Replacements Modal and subpages for instructions; OR
Press the Cancel Upgrade button.
Repeat steps for any remaining “In Upgrade” reference sets. |
