Prerequisite steps: Log in to Reference Set Tool 2.0; View the Select Replacements Modal.

EITHER 

Press the Add All button (button icon is a rounded square with a “plus” symbol) in the header row. 

 

The text of all replacement concepts becomes bold to indicate membership. 

 

 

 

OR 

 

Press the Remove All button (button icon is a rounded square with a “minus” symbol) in the header row. 

 

The text of all the inactive concepts is struck through to indicate removal from membership.
