Prerequisite steps: Log in to Reference Set Tool 2.0; View all reference set or member feedback (Admin); Create a New Discussion.

Select the discussion to be resolved or reopened from the Feedback modal.

Press the Discussion Options button (button icon is three vertical dots) in the top-right corner of the discussion modal. |

Select Resolve Discussion or Reopen Discussion.
