From the Organization Teams page (showing SNOMED International as example), choose the team you wish to edit.

On the Team-Users page , press the Add Existing User(s) button at the top of the page. If the User isn't already a member of your organization, you first must add them to the Org. Click the link provided above the "Add Existing User(s)" button. | |
Choose the user(s) from the dropdown to be added to the team by clicking the box to the left of the user name. Press the Add User(s) button. |
