How to invite a user to join your organization. 

Prerequisite steps: Log in to Reference Set Tool 2.0; View My Organization Admin.

On the Organization-Projects page (showing International Edition as example), press the Users button (button icon is a person avatar) in the left sidebar to open the Organizations-User(s) page.

Press the Invite to Join button at the top right of page. 








OR 


On the Reference set Details Page (open reference set from Dashboard or Library), choose Invite to Participate from the Communication dropdown list at the top of the page. 





Enter the email address of the user to be invited to your organization. 

Enter a message to the invitation recipient (optional). 








Press the Send Email button. 

NOTE: The Invite to Join button is only visible to admin users.
