How to filter a table.

Prerequisite steps: From either Library or My Reference Sets in Dashboard and choose a reference set.

EITHER 

Enter a filter term in the open field below the column name. 

 

Filter results will be listed in the original table. 

 

Delete the filter term to clear out the filter results, as needed, to display the table as it was prior to the filter. 




OR 

 

Select a filter option from the dropdown list below the column name. For example, tables that have a Workflow Status column, the filter dropdown list will contain all of the workflow statuses. 

 







Filter results will be listed in the original table. 

 








Select the no filter (empty) option from the dropdown list to clear out the filter results, as needed, to display the table as it was prior to the filter.
