About this release

3 February 2021

  • SCT Browser 4.0.0: Release Notes
  • MRCM Maintenance Tool 1.5.0: Release Notes
  • This is a scheduled maintenance release for the SCT Browser deployed as the Public SNOMED CT Browser. The major version change signifies code support for browsing of concrete domains within SNOMED CT, although these won't be apparent in the Public Browser until after such content is published in the International Edition, and similar support groundwork for future alternative content including community extensions. Maintenance updates include improvements for error handling when bookmarking concepts in different extensions, en-NZ as the default PT language for the New Zealand extension, showing the SCTID and FSN in the Concept Details Refsets tab, maintaining ECL searches when switching editions, and a reset feature for the taxonomy view. Two defect fixes are included in this release, related to ECL term filters and empty search results behaviour. The Public MRCM Maintenance Tool was also updated to align with yesterday's AP release.
