Mapping - HPO to SNOMED.
The mapping table produced here should be viewed widely and any feedback would be appeciated.
Wider agreement should be made on the "One to one" direct matches, which could be used directly for example in the HPO metadata.
Next steps - tooling and postcoordination
The Post-coordination Demonstrator should be updated to the latest SNOMED version.
There should be continued explanation and training on the use of the tools so that there is a greater understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the process
Long terms goal
- The higher level strategy is improve interoperability
