Prerequisite steps:

  1. The creation of the map file is performed outside of Simplex using a dedicated tool such as Snap2Snomed. Once the map has been created, it can be imported into Simplex for inclusion in the Extension.
  2. Simplex accepts input files in two formats: Excel files or the excel export format from Snap2Snomed
