The Production release of the November 2022 SNOMED CT® International Edition is now available to all users, from the MLDS distribution site.

All files distributed for the November 2022 International Edition are available from the "November 2022 v1.0" version in the "SNOMED CT International Edition" project, which can be found on the "SNOMED Releases" page in MLDS, accessed here:

The SNOMED CT International Edition contains SNOMED CT files in Release Format 2 (RF2) only, distributed in a zipped file archive:

  • SnomedCT_InternationalRF2_PRODUCTION_20221130T120000Z.zip

The Release Notes ("doc_SnomedCTReleaseNotes_Current-en-US_INT_20221130.pdf") can be downloaded as distinct files from the same MLDS release version, or accessed online:

Those Members using MLDS as their distribution site will find that their affiliates have access to the new release automatically.

All vendors and affiliates should please contact their National Release Centre (NRC) for information on when the latest release package will be available for download from the NRC website. Contact details for all NRC's can be found here - http://www.snomed.org/members/

All files distributed are available from the  "November 2022 v1.0" version in the "SNOMED CT Global Patient Set (GPS) RF2 Refset package - SNOMED International" project, which can be found on the "SNOMED Releases" page in MLDS, accessed here:

The SNOMED CT® Global Patient Set (GPS) refset package contains SNOMED CT files in Release Format 2 (RF2) only, distributed in a zipped file archive:

This package is provided in Release Format 2 (RF2) format only.   For the Freeset format of the same GPS Refset, please see https://gps.snomed.org/

In line with the new SNOMED International packaging guidelines, the Release Notes and Implementation Guide have been separated from the release package, and so can be downloaded as distinct files from the same MLDS release version:

The Production release of the July 2022 SNOMED CT® General Practitioner/Family Practitioner (GP/FP) Reference Sets package is now available, from the MLDS distribution site.

This package may be distributed to Affiliate Licensees and third parties at any time, within the relevant licensing restrictions.  The Production release of the SNOMED CT® General Practitioner/Family Practitioner (GP/FP) Reference Sets package is dependent upon, and should therefore be consumed in conjunction with the July 2022 SNOMED CT® International Edition. 

All files distributed are available from the  “July 2022 v1.0” version in the “SNOMED CT GP/FP Refset package” project, which can be found on the “SNOMED Releases” page in MLDS, accessed here:
