  • Focus of Nursing CRG - implementation, building on the content work undertaken as part of the SNOMED/ICN agreement
  • Example of approach from the UK & Ireland
  • Time to work on exploitation of the terminologies focusing on nursing contributions to the EHR, alongside requirements for specific nursing information, patient care
  • SNOMED International commencing a Sex & Gender Project Group (task and finish), would be helpful to have nursing representation on group but must have relevant expertise.
  • Similarly, nursing input into the Diabetes project would also be beneficial
  • Group leadership - for discussion at next meeting
  • Meeting schedule - suggested monthly, for final agreement at next meeting

  7. Hi

I was "thrown" out of the meeting last evening but found the videos today.  I would like to support the development of Nursing content in ICNP and SNOMED CT.

Another area that should be looked into is concepts that are needed in documenting nursing care in patients with covid-19.

I am happy to contribute and support the development of Nursing content in ICNP and SNOMED CT.
