Script

Following is a script for the attached video.

Preamble: Welcome to the IHTSDO map tool video tutorials. This specialist training video covers the index viewer.

  • Open a browser and direct it to the landing page for the application
  • Log in as a specialist user (demo_specialist1)
    • RESULT: the glass pane comes up for a bit and takes the user to the main dashboard for demo_specialist1
  • Select SNOMED to ICD10 as the focus project. 
  • Confirm indexes not currently available for other projects and buttons/icons not visible.
  • Click on the Index Viewer button on the Map Project widget
    • RESULT: Index viewer opens in a separate tab
  • Return to Mapping Tool tab and click on a feedback entry to open the Feedback Conversation widget.  Click on the Index Viewer button.
    • RESULT: Focus changes to the previously opened Index Viewer tab
  • Close the Index Viewer tab.  Return to the main dashboard.  Select a concept to edit from the Assigned work tab.  Click on the book icon next to the source concept id on the Map Record widget.
    • RESULT: Index viewer opens again in a separate tab
  • Click on the various tabs to display the various indexes that are available for the project target terminology.
    • RESULT: Glasspane activates and deactivates and Indexes update.
  • Click on the various letter links on a given tab.
    • RESULT: Within the selected index (indicated by the tab), the page updates to show entries starting with the selected letter.
  • While on the first index tab, make a simple single search by entering "diabetes" in the first search box. Click Go.
    • RESULT: Glasspane activates and deactivates and page indicator shows 1 of 3 with next and last arrows shown.
  • Click on the forward, backward, first and last errors to demonstrate paging through the results.  Ensure that arrow icon are hidden when not valid options.
  • Add the term "pregnancy" to the second search box.  Click Go button.
    • RESULT: Page indicator indicates 1 of 2 results and displays and scrolls to the first result.
  • Click the 'All' checkbox. This indicates that search terms do not need to necessarily be at the first and second layer of the hierarchy. 
    • RESULT: Page indicator indicates 1 of 6 results and displays and scrolls to the first result.
  • Add the term "gestational" to the third search box.  Click Go button.
    • RESULT: Page indicator indicates 1 of 2 results and displays and scrolls to the first result.
  • Click on Reset button.
    • RESULT: The search term box should no longer have text in it.  The preferred name should be deleted and the paging apparatus should no longer be displayed.
