Script
Following is a script for the attached video.
Preamble: Welcome to the IHTSDO map tool video tutorials. This specialist training video covers the feedback messaging in the application.
- Open a browser and direct it to the landing page for the application
- Log in as a specialist user (nin)
- RESULT: the glass pane comes up for a bit and takes the user to the main dashboard for nin
- Switch to SNOMED to ICD10 as the focus project
- Scroll down to Feedback Widget. Explain use as messaging apparatus.
- Explain and show the various Feedback titles/types. Show filtering by Feedback type.
- Click on the concept link to show an example of 'Feedback' such as Forefoot ulcer due to type 1 diabetes mellitus, 87491000119107
- RESULT: page switches to the Feedback Conversation Dashboard displaying concept and feedback entry from dmo
- Enter a feedback response and click Send Feedback.
- Return to main Dashboard.
- Click on the concept link to show an example of 'Error Feedback' such as Spinal subdural hematoma, 703862003
- Return to main Dashboard.
- Click on the concept link to show an example of 'Discrepancy Review Feedback' such as 'Periosteal desmoid', 703629008
- Show searching and paging. Search by 'poisoning' and then search by 'poisoning AND species'.
- Click Reset button
- Explain the resolved checkbox that is only displayed on feedback conversations where nin is the owner. Show filtering by resolved.
- Explain the unviewed icon that is only displayed on feedback conversations where there is a feedback that is unviewed by nin.
- Show Mark Resolved and Mark unviewed checkboxes on the Feedback Conversation page.
- Return to the main Dashboard.
- Go to edit an assigned concept. Send a feedback message to the leads with a question relevant to the editing.
