Can the software product BLC be suggested to users to correct issues with playing GOTOMEETINGS? BLC converts media files and is not part our our corporate software.

A few tech issues -

1. Evenly Distributed Assignments
   1. Brian has been doing work to allow IHTSDO and UK forces assignment to evenly distribute on work items
      1. work done but now having saving issues
      2. also unable to assign conflicts - 

Q. Do we continue dialogues directly with Brian?

A. We should be following the deployment schedule not deploying mid week -also the work needs to be discussed (heads up to tech) in order to approach issue solving correctly. Donna will document issues in the system and can continue to chat with Brian

2. Upgrading ICD-10 (major update) will happen in 2016

1. 1. We might have to adjust Brian's cost and budgeting -contract - We need to have a further discussions as it may not be budgeted for . foundation work would be done this year - still need to work out the details of that SOW. Need to confirm if index viewer improvements included in budget for 2016. Need to align JIRA tickets (improvements) with the SOW to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Mapping team to speak with IG about the improvements needed as budgets are required to be done so far in advance - enhancements to mapping right now are not included.
      
      

3. Problems with Browser again -

Q. Should we expect this at each release -

A. No it was a disk space issue which is now self monitoring, thi will prevent that particular issue from happening again.
