To support the delegate experience in Seoul at the October 2024 Business Meetings and SNOMED CT Expo 2024, SNOMED International will be providing Zoom Events platforms and a Zoom mobile app for onsite attendees, allowing them to:
- See and search the schedule;
- Add sessions to their Itinerary;
- Navigate a map of the meeting rooms.
The Zoom Events platform or Zoom app can also be used to access links to join hybrid sessions online, if desired.
Please note that having a current Zoom account is required to use the app for this purpose (they are free and easy to obtain here if you do not already have one).
Once your Zoom account can be accessed, please follow the steps below.
Please note that the Business Meetings and the Expo are accessed via two separate platforms within Zoom.

Hit the blue Register with Zoom button** and verify your details, signing into your Zoom account as you usually would.
**Please note if you Register with Email this will only allow you join to sessions online - it is not compatible with the Zoom mobile app for onsite navigation.
TO THEN USE THE ZOOM MOBILE APP…
If you don’t already have it please download the Zoom mobile app onto your mobile device from your Android or iOS app store of choice, and then:
- Sign in to Zoom in the mobile app, using your usual account credentials.
- Enter the More *** tab
- Enter Events (under the Added Features section)
- Hit the blue Join button of the SNOMED International October 2024 Business Meetings to enter the Zoom Event for the Business Meetings days. Or...
- Hit the blue Join button of the SNOMED CT Expo 2024 to enter the Zoom Event for the Expo days.
- Please ensure you enter the More *** tab and click Switch to in-person mode to enable meeting room navigation, otherwise you will not see the room names or the floor-plan map
- View the full schedule for each event under Sessions. Hit and highlight the little tab beside a session if you wish to add it to your personal Itinerary.
- Hit the blue Meeting Room pin under each session’s name (or within the session’s details) to locate that room on the floorplan of the Conrad hotel.
- You can also find the floorplan of venue under More *** and then Event Map

Either scroll down and access the sessions straight from that page, or if you’re signed in to Zoom, Join Lobby to enter the event platform.
View the full schedule under Sessions (in the top-right menu). Hit and highlight the little tab beside a session if you wish to add it to your personal Itinerary.
To join a meeting or Expo session please open the relevant session’s details and click the ‘JOIN MEETING’ link to launch Zoom when the session is due to start.*
*Note: All sessions times are scheduled in KST in the our Confluence schedule and Expo program but should convert to your local time in the platform’s Lobby and Sessions area
