This is an interim maintenance release for the MRCM Maintenance Tool (MRCMMT), aligned to the Authoring Platform Version 10.0.0 release, focused on migration of applications and services to Elasticsearch 8 with Elastic Cloud hosting. This is a major version change for MRCMMT due to the Snowstorm module version change, but there are no functional changes to MRCMMT features.
