I am following up on the query posted 1st May on the Briefing note: Inactivation of Clinical finding and Procedure concepts which include the context of subject or patient in the FSN in regard to the requirement/ clinical use case at the international level for documentation of procedures where the procedure is undertaken by someone other than a health professional e.g. a subject of care or the caregiver. We have noted this is a requirement for one country. Is this a requirement in other countries as well?  If this is a requirement for your country please provide a response by 1st June on the topic page.

Prior to taking this step SNOMED International is looking to determine the impact of this change on extension managers and users.
