Group Discussion:

• Patient ‘normal acts of’.  This documentation does not seem to fit well into the findings or procedures hierarchies
• Patient ‘use of’ (physical objects, e.g.) documentation that does not fit well into procedures.
• Guidance requested to represent this documentation using SNOMED CT.  The examples above are from patient reported factors that exacerbate or alleviate pain.
