2 extra records than normal added by Automated process!  Calling out dependencies of ICD-10CM module on 2x core modules - this is because "Dependencies are not transitive and this means that dependencies cannot be inferred from a chain of dependencies. If module-A depends on module-B and module-B depends on module-C, the dependency of module-A on module-C must still be stated explicitly." - therefore these records have always been missing from the US Edition.  The TRAG has recently been discussing the possibility of changing the spec to make them transitive, but so far the business case for doing so is not strong enough (ISRS-1215 + point 31 here: 2022-09-26 - TRAG Meeting Agenda/Minutes)

***** THESE RECORDS MATCH THE PRODUCTION INTERNATIONAL EDITION CHANGES FOR THE MONTHLY RELEASES BETWEEN THE DEPENDENT INT EDITION RELEASES (20220228 - 20220630) - the changes above are  identical to those INT changes made in the 20220228 INT Edition release, as requested by Linda (see International Edition Traceability matrix (February 2022)).  NOTE - whilst the inactivation records are identical, the UUID of the new replacement record is different from the first INT Edition build (PreProd version 9), but thankfully this UUID was refreshed in the final Feb 2022 Prod release (version 1), and matched the one above.   There were no other refsetDescriptor changes between 20220228 - 20220630, so the above changes are valid and expected.

This matches the International Edition changes, as looking at the INT Stats report (as confirmed in new INT only Component Stats Report run by devops from INT 20220131 - 20220630 - see above) there were 4412 BRAND NEW Concepts added in this US dependent cycle, and therefore there should have been 4412 records added for CTV3.

+ a handful of new/updated records for ICD-0 as expected, gets us to the 4432 number of changes.

Therefore this is the expected result, as we never expect to have US specific changes in this file.
