If you import an existing map and some of the map targets contain errors, e.g. if some of the concepts are inactive, or not available in the selected Edition, ta red flag will show for the involved map records (see image below).
Within the authoring task, you can see, in the Target properties section, that the concept is inactive.
The system checks for duplicate source code pairs and an import error occurs if two rows contain the same code. An example of this is shown in the image below.
