  1. Hi,

I have a question for Aileen dela Pena from Australia. You have reported you did a webinar on «Introduction to the FHIR specification» in April... would you have a powerpoint presentation you could share? Have you covered the use of SNOMED CT within the specification?

    Thank you!

  2. Hi Linda Parisien, we ran these webinars last month primarily to give NCTS Connectathon participants enough background information to jump straight into writing queries and accessing our FHIR terminology server. We opened them up to anyone interested and there was a good turnout. The <<Introduction to the FHIR specification>> webinar touched a little on terminology operations but didn't specifically focus on SNOMED CT. The <<Basic FHIR terminology services>> webinar went into more detail about these operations and has a few slides about SNOMED CT on FHIR. Happy to share the content - if others find it useful I can find a place here, else I can email you directly.

  3. Hi Aileen,

I'd be interested in the two ppt you have developed. If no one else is interested, I'll share my email with you.

    Thank you!

    1. Hi Aileen,

Could I also please get a copy of the ppt files?

      Thanks!

      1. Hi Linda Parisien and Linda Bird,

Sorry for the slight delay, I'm pleased to say we have now posted this webinar series on our Australian Digital Health Agency YouTube channel. The target audience was developers attending a Connectathon, so the webinars have a technical focus.

        Here are the links:

I will also send an email to you both shortly.

        1. Thank you Aileen!

  4. Hi,

I have another question for Krista Kärt or Egle Sepajõe, from Estonia. You have reported that you organised a One day workshop for raising awareness about SNOMED CT and the related benefits.

Would you share with us your experience? How you organised your day, who was invited, the objectives, what was most appreciated, what should have not been done?

If you’d repeat this experience what would be your lessons learned and opportunities to improve?

    Thank you!
