This document primarily supports SNOMED International’s in-house organizers throughout the planning process. It also provides information on event requirements and logistics for Member Country's considering submitting a proposal to serve as host country for the October SNOMED International Business Meeting provides a checklist of required information Member countries must provide as part of their proposal to host the October Business Meetings and SNOMED CT Expo events.

SNOMED International October Conference Approval Process 

The purpose of this document is to outline the process for agreeing to the selection of a host Member country for the October SNOMED International Business Meeting and SNOMED CT Expo.

This document should be read in conjunction with “SNOMED International Conference and Expo Guidelines,” which sets out a description of SNOMED International meetings and the logistics required, including facilities size, scheduling, AV requirements etc.
