| The communications plan was highlighted and some items are already published (eg, JAND article). Please share the newsletter article with your networks and advise D. Pertel (dpertel@eatright.org) about the communications sent. Constantina Papoutsakis introduced the idea of the NCPT implementation guide to the group along with an example of a guide. Individuals in Sweden are interested in assisting with the use case development; this may also entail creation of the video as well. Those interested in reviewing the implementation guide should contact Tina. She will be providing updates as the work evolves Members were asked to please send out communications to country organizations and member organizations about the SNOMED NCPT Reference Set Release. A final version of the newsletter article will be provided via email for widespread sharing. Members may also wish to inform those with whom they email or speak that this is a large communication effort so they may receive more than one communication about the reference set release. The journal article will be available and the link will be provided as soon as it can be |
4 | Feeding and Dietary Regime 04.1 Restructure draft | D. Pertel N. Billing A. El Shikieri B. Swan | Input regarding questions in Feeding and Dietary Regime restructure were provided. One of the key points raised is to think of concepts as the approach (eg, schedule change) should drive where the concept is placed rather than what the specific diet (eg, increased fiber). Thus, schedule change should be considered for placement in the feeding regime subhierarchy rather than dietary therapy subhierarchy. As noted in the meeting, 3 members of the CRG are working with two members of the CDR Classification Subcommittee. |
| The working definitions for some of the subtypes that are under consideration: Dietary Regime--Working definition suggested: Actions affecting the quantities (eg, energy, potassium) or qualities (eg, texture, cultural) of a dietary regime. Feeding Regime--Working definition suggested: Actions affecting the methods of a feeding regime. Nutrition Therapy--Working definition suggested: Actions to affect the quantities, qualities, and methods of food and/or nutrient intake. (adapted UMLS) Since most of the content is primitive, these definitions are important for helping assign content, identify whether there is missing content, and ensure that all content that may not fit is assigned elsewhere. At some point in the review, outreach to and input from the SNOMED Nursing CRG will occur to receive their perspective on this work.

5 | Weight change finding (finding) | D. Pertel J. Snyder |
| An item was added to the agenda that will be discussed further during the May meeting related to weight decreasing and weight loss, which are within the 365921005 |Weight change finding (finding)| subhierarchy. This request came via the US Edition. Because the content is all in SNOMED CT, it is being forwarded to this CRG for addressing the concerns. |
