The Select Replacements modal contains the following: 


  • Total inactive concepts.
 
  • Preferred Display Name dropdown list: The author may select their preferred concept name. The selected concept name will replace both the Inactive Name and Replacement Name in the table and in the Download Changes Report.
 
  • Hide Included Replacements toggle: The author may choose to show or hide all included replacements.

Inactive Concepts table:

The left side of the table contains the following columns: 


    • Inactivation Reason: Options are duplicate, outdated, nonconformance to editorial policy, erroneous, ambiguous, and not specified.
 
    • Remove All
/ Add All button and

      • The author will click the Remove All button Image Addedin the header row only if they wish to remove all inactive concepts.  Otherwise:

      • The author will click the Remove button (button icon is a rounded square with a “minus” Image Addedsymbol) to the left of an inactive concept to remove it. 
      • The author will click the Add button (button icon is a rounded square with a “plus” Image Addedsymbol) to the left of an inactive concept to add it back into the reference set.

The author will click the Remove All button in the header row to remove all inactive concepts.

The right side of the table contains the following columns: 
  • Inactive ID 
  • Inactive Concept Name 
  • Association: Options are same as, replaced by, possibly equivalent to, and alternative.

    • The author will click the Add All button Image Addedin the header row only if they wish to add all replacement concepts. Otherwise:

    • The author will click the Add button (button icon is a rounded square with a “plus”Image Addedsymbol) to the left of a suggested replacement to accept it. 
    • The Add button is replaced by an info button when the replacement concept is already a part of the reference set. 
    • The author will click the Remove button (button icon is a rounded square with a “minus” Subtract symbol shown when you're able to remove a conceptImage Addedsymbol) to the left of a suggested replacement to reject it. 
  • The author will click the Add All button in the header row to add all replacement concepts. 
    • Replacement ID 
    • Replacement Concept Name

    • Add Manual Replacement button: The user will click the Add Manual Replacement button (button icon is a large “plus”
    symbol
    • Add symbol shown when you're able to add a conceptImage Added) to the right of a particular inactive concept to add a manual replacement. A new row will appear below the selected concept: 







      • Search bar: The user will enter the concept ID or FSN to search. 
      • Add Manual Replacement button (button icon is a rounded square with a “plus”Image Added symbol): The user will click the icon to add the selected concept from the search results. 






      • Remove button (button icon is
    an “X”

      • Remove button (button icon is a trash can symbol Subtract symbol shown when you're able to remove a conceptImage Added): Once the new manual replacement is added, the user may click the Remove button to delete it.

    • Concepts displayed in the table: 
      • Bold text indicates a member of the reference set. 


      • Struck-through text indicates an inactive concept has been replaced. 









      • Table rows are shaded in alternating colors and table is sorted by inactive concept by default. 
  • Table pagination displays if more than one page of inactive concepts is available. 
    • Cancel Upgrade button: Undo changes and return the reference set to the “Ready for Edit” workflow status. 
    • Download Change Report button: Downloads the report in CSV format.  
      • The report includes old members, new members, members in common, and manual replacements; new members list reason for inclusion (possibly equivalent to, same as, or manual replacement). The report includes both concept names and IDs. 
    • Download Inactive Concept Report button: Downloads the report in CSV format. 
    • Pause Upgrade button: Pauses the upgrade process and closes the modal. 
    • Finish Upgrade button: Updates members and finalizes the upgrade.
