Calling out dependencies of ICD-10CM module on 2x core modules - this is because "Dependencies are not transitive and this means that dependencies cannot be inferred from a chain of dependencies. If module-A depends on module-B and module-B depends on module-C, the dependency of module-A on module-C must still be stated explicitly." - therefore these records have always been missing from the US Edition. The TRAG has recently been discussing the possibility of changing the spec to make them transitive, but so far the business case for doing so is not strong enough (ISRS-1215 + point 31 here: 2022-09-26 - TRAG Meeting Agenda/Minutes)
