Group Space!
The Drug Project Group is comprised of both a project group and a working group.
Purpose
The purpose of the Drug Model Project Group is to contribute and help progress specific deliverables within the Drug Project.
Project group members are requested to:
Review documents and provide comments in the format directed by the authors. Complete assigned tasks to due date, incomplete tasks are located in the "Incomplete tasks from all meetings" section of the Meeting Information - Drug Model section. If you are assigned a task that cannot be completed by the due date, please add a comment so that a new due date can be negotiated.Review the topics on the Discussions page and respond as appropriate.This is a landing page to explain what this project is about. Most of the specific information about the group is kept in another Confluence space: Drugs Project.
The Drug Project has both a Project Group (PG) and a Working Group (WG). Both are closed groups. The PG provides feedback and puts Member comments forward, and the WG meets weekly to work through the content and model.

Purpose
The Drug Project aims to develop and document a concept model for drug and vaccine product content, to be shared with Members to support the development of national drug extensions aligned to the SNOMED CT International Release

Scope
The scope of the project Drug Project is to"
Provide a new model for the International Drugs and update content accordingly.
- Provide a new model for the National Extension.
- Write SNOMED CT Editorial Guidelines on the drug model.

Face to Face Meetings
The Drug Concept Model Project Group vaccine-focused WG will meet during the IHTSDO SNOMED International Business Meeting in London in April. Malaysia in October 2019; the session will be open to observers if space allows.
