This is simply the Danish Translated Concepts refset file record, which has now been deprecated and removed completely from the RF2 files - I've therefore asked Camilla to confirm that she'd like to retain the refsetDescriptor record in the files as per the decision of other NRC's who have deprecated their refsets...
