- If your task becomes outdated from the project you will be notified by a Refresh Task alert on both the dashboard
 and on the left nav bar  in the editing view. It is only needed to pull in new changes when you are either going to promote the task or are wishing to bring in work from another promoted task.

- Clicking either of these icons will trigger the task to look for new changes from the project and apply them to your task.

- If all changes are complimentary the UI will notify the user that the merge can continue without issues and the system will proceed to pull in the changes. If the changes need to be reviewed, the system will generate a Merges to Review View. For more information on resolving these merges please see: Reviewing Concept Merges

- Once the system has finished pulling in the changes the ui will update, advising that the changes were successfully pulled in from the project and the system will load the task editing view within five seconds.
