This is a scheduled maintenance release for RAP (formerly RMS), aligned to the Authoring Platform Version 9.0.0 release, with a major version change due to the migration of API services component modules to Java 17 LTS from Java 11 LTS and also a major version update to the Angular UI framework.
From this version onwards the Release Management Service (RMS) is renamed as the Release Automation Platform (RAP), reflecting the increased significance of process automation support features now in the Release Automation Dashboard User Interface (RAD UI), integrated with the SNOMED Release Service (SRS) and Release Validation Framework (RVF) API services component modules.
