On the Team-Users page (showing SNOMED International Edition as example), press the Configuration button (button icon is three gears) in the left sidebar.

The Team Configuration page will be presented. It has three sections:

Profile:  Update the team profile.

Permissions:  Edit the roles for a team.

Remove this Team:  Remove the team.
