      Content release maps discussed. Scott CampbellJi-Eun Hwang will populate ICCR templates and circulate to CSRWG members and ICCR for content review.
    2. Status?  Ian GreenJane Millar to work with ICCR to see if such content can be included in implementation guide as appendices.  Daniel Karlsson would like FHIR bindings discussed and articulated.

      Definition:  This concept represents a neoplasm considered pre-cancerous and/or with high potential to become malignant. In solid organ neoplasms, the neoplasm has not broken through a basement membrane, and in lymphoid neoplasms, no architectural effacement is present.

    Suggest authoring a set of response scores and group as best as possible with definitions provided.
